Gavin’s Homemade Biltong

Makers of delicious South African dried biltong products as well as traditional Boerewors sausage. Attend many markets in Cheshire/Manchester areas
I make lightly spiced traditional biltong as my standard using my own Zimbeze blend of spices.
My recipe has been tried and tested and its subtle flavour combined with the meaty taste of top quality Silverside beef has pleased every-one who has tried it.
I also make Garlic, Chilli plus a combination of both flavours. I also make to suit individual tastes like plain un-spiced biltong to order as well as a reduced salt or extra spicy versions.
Chilli-Bites / Garlic-Bites / Chutney-Bites are also made to order..
Brand new is my Drywors/Dreowors… deliciously good in the same flavours as the biltong.
New is my range of Zimbeze Spices in Traditional, Garlic, Chilli plus a combination of both flavours and now my Boerewors/Drywors spice also available.
