Manufacturing: I am pleased to offer my customers locally produced meat products in top quality. Products are processed in cooperation with Meatpoint in Aubonne/VD, in the old butcher’s shop in Nidau/BE, in the Boucherie de campagne in Corgémont/BE or in the butcher’s shop Köferli/AG. Quantities: Instead of mass production, I produce smaller quantities. Larger quantities can also be delivered on request; e.B. for company parties, garden parties, an aperitif or a larger barbecue party. Origin of the meat: All pork and beef comes from Switzerland. The game meat comes from Switzerland or from border Europe (mainly France and Germany), where we are always on the hunt ourselves. The wild animals hunted in Switzerland are either from the Bernese Seeland, Oberland and Jura or freshly sourced from local hunting companies in the canton of Aarau and Zurich. Availability: Most products on the website are available all year round. There are also seasonal specialities (e.B. for the barbecue season) and a new creation. Shipping and delivery: Orders are delivered by Swiss post and only within Switzerland. After prepayment, parcels will be sent on Monday or Tuesday: dry products by A-mail package and frozen products via overnight express.
