Here at St. Marcus we realise the origin of our Biltong is just as important as the end result. Which is why we only use locally sourced, grass fed beef in the production of our succulent Biltong.

Grazing the lush pastures of our trusted local farm, the Aberdeen Angus Cattle’s welfare is of the utmost importance. We believe the prime conditions are evident in the quality of our Biltong, and therefore, we’ll endeavour to always source our beef responsibly.

Furthermore, our Game meat is sourced from a sponsored farm, ensuring that we look after the environment while providing top quality products.
