Patisserie May, wat in 2020 deur Jennifer May gestig is, bak elegante en stylvolle fyngebak, unieke koekies en doelgemaakte koeke volgens die kliënt se behoeftes – alles liefdevol handgemaak vir jou spesiale geleentheid.

Ek is in Suid-Afrika gebore en woon nou in Somerset, suidwes Engeland. My liefde vir bak het in my ouma se kombuis begin en my droom van kleintyd het waar geword toe ek my kwalifikasie behaal het om in fyngebak te spesialiseer. Sedert ek in 2010 my City and Guilds-patisseriediploma verwerf het, was ek bevoorreg om rond te reis en by verskeie toonaangewende ondernemings en saam met ’n hele paar hoogaangeskrewe patisseriesjefs te werk.

Met meer as tien jaar se ondervinding agter die rug, is dit vir my wonderlik om die Patisserie May-avontuur te beleef.

My visie is om meesterstukke te skep deur eenvoudige outydse metodes met moderne tegnieke te kombineer.

Patisserie May, founded in 2020 by Jennifer May, is all about elegantly styled patisserie, bespoke biscuits and custom cakes, handmade with love for your special occasion.

South African born and now based in Somerset, Southwest England, my passion for baking began in my granny’s kitchen and led me to follow my childhood dream to study patisserie. Since qualifying in 2010 with a City and Guilds patisserie diploma, I have had the privilege to travel and work in many prestigious establishments and alongside many renowned pastry chefs.
With over ten years’ experience I am delighted to experience this adventure with Patisserie May .
My vision is to create masterpieces using simple old-fashioned methods with a modern twist.
