Francois Van Der Zee moved to the United Kingdom 14 years ago, but never forgot the traditional biltong and boerewors recipes passed down to him by his father.

Since he moved to Surrey in 2011, Limpopo Biltong has been making delicious biltong, drywors, and boerewors ever since.

Using only the best quality meat & spices, and keeping production at a small scale – We have been able to keep putting love and care into every piece of biltong that we sell whilst maintaining an impeccable standard of quality.

We specialize in Cured Air dried meat, namely Biltong, Drywors and Bites. What separates us from all the other brands out there is our quality. We use the best quality certified British and Irish beef, crafting each product here in London. Our products are MSG free and are the best representation of true South African dried meat in the UK. We sell our Biltong, Bites and Drywors loose at markets, in our shops and online, this gives our customers the opportunity not only to buy the freshest Biltong, Drywors and Bites available but also in whatever quantities they like. We have various different flavors across our broad range of products, from original, garlic, chutney, chili through to our festival special super hot chili Biltong.
