We are happy to bring many people closer to South Africa with our handmade products, selected wines and much more.
We are a South African-german family of six and we are living in Germany from 2016. Soon we missed our South African food & products but mostly our beloved Biltong. With Ian’s knowledge from the hunting trips with his father he started making Biltong in Germany. The cold winter and high humidity were a little challenge in the beginning but soon he found the perfect drying conditions.
Klein – Karoo Biltong is only air dried, cured with real South African spices and done to perfection. We making fresh Biltong and Snapsticks every week in different spice options. Apart from our homemade Biltong we also offer homemade Rusks, according to Ouma Susaras family recipe and homemade citrus or berry jam.
To make our offer for our customers complete we added a few South African wholesale products like good wine, dry fruits, Savanna, beer, Old Brown Sherry and a lot more.
