Ian Kur is hul meester biltong maker en hy het ‘n passie vir kos – om top gehalte, hoë kwaliteit produkte te vervaardig.

Alle bestanddele is Kosher en geen produkte word vervaardig of verkoop op Shabbat of Chagim nie.

Our authentic Biltong spice is sourced from the home of biltong – South Africa. Our other spices were developed here in Israel with one of Israel’s foremost food scientist and spice producer.

All our ingredients including the meat and spices are Kosher, however we are not under any Rabbinical supervision. Ian is Shomrei Shabbat and Kosher. No products are sold or produced on Shabbat or Chagim.
