I was born in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa in 1978. After I moved to Ireland in 2001 I started my career as a Chef in 2002, I worked in Ireland as a chef until I moved to Crawley in 2009. When I started as a chef at a 2 Rosette Hotel riving to my current position of Senior Sous chef of this prestigious 518-bedroom hotel.

Food has always been my passion and I aim to become renowned for producing the best South African products on the market. I love living in West Sussex with all it has to offer, and I believe my products will add to the diversity of the region.
