It is a privilege to have the advantage of being personally trained by Oupa PX and I cannot thank him enough for his persistence and patience in teaching me the secret family recipes until I succeeded in meeting his seal of approval.

I now carry on the family Tradition in Australia making Boerewors in Melbourne, in a new purpose built facility, located on our Rural property nestled in the picturesque Dandenong Ranges. Truly Home Made!

Not only am I proud to support our friendly local community by using only 100% Australian Premium Meat Cuts in our products, but we do so while adhering to the strictest of modern food safety standards. You won’t find trimmings or offcuts in our products, and no shortcuts ever!

Nothing makes me happier,  than continuing the family heritage of making mouth-watering sausages, from Oupa PX  and we hope you, your family and friends enjoy our Boerewors, as much as we enjoy making it for you.
